reading the Bible and are unaware of why it happens so. It is undoubtful that
the Word of God has the power to impact our heart and speaks to us in the
situations which we go through.
Word of God
“Scripture is God-Breathed”, and God has written His promises
for us through the Bible. God has given His solution to us for all the
circumstances of our life through the Bible. Since the Bible is His words, God
always honors His words “Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will
never pass away.” Understanding the Word of God gives us light to our path,
strength in our weakness, and faith in our doubts. The Bible is alive and
relevant today, providing the Covenant Substance for the believer.
Why do I cry when I read
Since the Word of God Is alive, it starts speaking to us when
reading the Bible. People who talk to us see our outer appearance and our
characters and talk based on that, whereas Scriptures knows our inner emotions
which are deep down in our hearts, and it connects to us. When the Rhema word
of God touches our soul, it gives us not only the answer but also the strong
hope which we have been searching for and expecting from others, and that’s why we
start to cry unknowingly realizing God love and care
in our life.
God who hears our inner emotions
We used to cry when our heart is full of joy, pain, loss, sorrow, and alone. Crying is an emotion that shows the inner feeling of our soul.
While reading and meditating the Bible, God’s presence fills our hearts and
soul, which leads us to cry in His presence. God’s Word gives us the feeling
that He is in control, and He is our everything and all in all, which makes us
cry while reading the Bible.” Psalm 56:8 says “You keep track of all my
sorrows. You have collected all my tears in your bottle. You have recorded each
one in your book.” as we shed our tears unknowingly while reading the Bible, we
feel like the page is wet, but God holds every single tear shed on His Word.
One could feel the everlasting joy and cry when God fulfills his promises which
he has given through the Word of God.
Bible makes us strong when we are weak, gives us confidence when
we are doubt, gives us hope when we are down, and enhances our faith in our
soul. The more we start to read and meditate on the Word of God, the more we get
closer with God and the Holy Spirit helps us in revealing the love of God in
our life. This makes us cry understanding God’s love in our life.

spirit, of joints and marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the
